Iris + Mardroeme Interaction
Hello,
I played a Mardroeme on an Iris I placed on my opponents side of the board thinking that since it kills her it would trigger her ability. This was not the case however. She just died and was removed from the game with out triggering.
Is Mardroeme supposed to work this way. similar to the "exile" mechanic in MTG; if you exile it technically it is not being destroyed, just removed from the game.
Just wondering if this is the intended result the devs were looking for. Are there other cards with "when destroyed" effects that this happens to as well.
