Is villentretenmerth suppose to...

I'm not sure if this is suppose to happen or if it's a glitch....is villentretenmerth suppose to kill through a shield from Keira Metz or a quen sign? (He killed my highest cards then killed my second higher cards that were being protected by Keira metz....is villentretenmerth suppose to eat through a shield? Thanks.

Yes he is, same as scorch Borkh/Villy will kill them even if they are protected by Quen shield. Epidemic will do it as well, and Pavetta too (I mean kill units protected by quen that is)

Quen only works on direct damage removals, like WH Warrior or Alzur's Thunder or weather. It doesn't save units from scroch/epidemic/villy/pavetta.
