Resilience never ends?

How do you stop it from running all three rounds? Without having a card that resets stats i get steamrolled every round since they never leave. Just started playing a few days ago so im sure im missing something.
 
What kind of deck are you using?

A typical way to beat dwarves is to remove or debuff them, using spells like Scorch, D-Bomb or weather effects. You should carry at least one of those. If you don't have any control spells, then the only thing you can do is outnumber them. But once they are buffed, it will be nigh impossible to win 2 rounds without some kind of control.

Are you referring to mahakam defenders?

Gain Resilience when played and at the start of each round.

note that its says 'each round'.
this means that yes, it will stay on the board for the whole game, unless removed or locked.

Locking a unit will remove the resilience from it, along with any other tokens. Cleaver is your friend for that.
 
You can also take 1 or 2 adrenaline rush with you, you can use it on the defenders to remove resilience, and if you don't face them, you can alway use it on your unit in order to keep them till next round
 
Thanks for all the helpful replies.. The deck im using is Skellige. Ive been pretty much dependent on the Dimeritium bomb..
 
Lim3zero ......... Tricky wording. At first i was skipping the "each round" and just reading the " stays for next round" Still think its slight overkill to run all 3 rounds especially with the duplicate ability. Against monster decks ive found it useful to power thru the first round and then forfeit the second round to clear out the carried over enemies. That strategy fails with those defenders.

You mean Foltest's ability? If you mean that, know that Foltest is Northern Realms not Scoia'tael. (also if you use adrenaline rush on a unit without resilience, it will gain resilience only for 1 round, (and will become the preffered target for your opponent, so don't use it on your strongest unit to prevent a scorch, and play it as late as possible), if you want it to stay all three rounds you need to use two times adrenaline rush)
