NG - Jan/Spies build - Help fix

I got access to beta 5 days ago and Im pretty newb to the cards games. However I love Nilfgaard and started playing it all the time. So here is my build: http://gwentify.com/decks/jan-spies-vicovaro/
I suffer a lot from monsters and a lot of ppl playing them
. Please help me fix this deck a bit.
I aim in first round for:
- medics and emissary in same amount
- ambassador + sapper/engineer + rot tosser
The moves depends and what gold/silver I get. Generally uses Skellen to fix card for next round/Fake Ciri then start with rot tosser>ambasador(for buff)> sapper/engineer( to save buffed card)>emissary(no more than medics) it gives me like 30-60 \\ 6-12.
In second round:
Goes all medics>emissary>all spies uses as many cards as can.
In third round:
Try to get geralt/dudu/fake ciri + treason + cantarella. Its weak against monster/scoia'teal dwarf build. For them rip and dim bomb.
What am I missing? How it not worse deck ever :V
