Animated card hangs game

Sometimes when opponent is playing geralt swordmaster my game hangs for a brief seconds, sometimes longer, sometimes it hangs for 10 seconds and longer, then if it unhang it will forfeit me with "error on my side". I'd happens when someone plays geralt and ragh nar rog, other premium cards are fine. What is causing this?

Maybe try lowering your graphic settings.

I've set it from high to medium but it didn't help
