Cant get into game after patch

The game still uptading like in image what iam add, then stop with an error - gwent its runing now, uptade its postponed
, but i have gwent totally close, so this is a problem, i cantrun the game and update to the new patch, some solution pls

I had similar (same?) "something is running" problem with previous patch. I'm remembering that I had to restart my computer, uninstall Galaxy and Gwent, restart my computer again and then reinstall everything.
