[BUG] No sound, empty desk

Hi!
Another bug after latest update.
First - there is no sound in the game after startup, until any game played.
Second - few times happened that both players are ready, but cards are not shuffled, not distributed and it just stays with empty play desk. Had to restart the game.

Addition - huge memory consumption. Played 2 or 3 games, and Gwent used more than 1.5 GB RAM. Not good.

This has happened to me few times in previous patches, if I have been playing with older laptop that doesn't quite meet the requirements.

Edit: Not sure if it's the problem though or something else.

Addition - after about 10 games memory consumption exceeded 2GB and game crashed.

Just in case - I'm running Windows 10 x64, 8 GB RAM, Intel Core i7
