Skellige Storm [Visual efect bug]

Today I used Skellige Storm on the last opponent line and it was working without showing the water storm grafic in this line. Weired but problem was only visual.

Thx! It happened to me only once, but yesterday I have seen this bug on a live stream. This time graphic effect of Frost didnt apear on a Streamer row. Check this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CK3VgnIkobw (invisible Frost at 1:54:02-1:54:12).
