White Gull, Stammelfords Dust and other Main Alchemy Mats?

Im trying to craft some of these nhanced & Superior Items and i need Gull. I also need Nigredo, Auebirth,Rubedo etc they all require this Gull stuff to make those too. Where can you buy White Gull? I also need that Stammelfords stuff too cant findthat either. I rather just buy everything

I don't remember if you could buy White Gull (if you can, I don't know who sells it), but you can buy the ingredients for it (if you have the recipe). One place to buy was that first merchant when you enter to Crow's Perch. Another place is the inn in Oxenfurt and third place was the merchant somewhere in front of that inn. Can't remember who sold what, but those were the places where I often visited when buying stuff for White Gull.
