Looking for a combat mod

Let's just say that my reflexes aren't what they used to be (and they weren't great to begin with) and sometimes fights get inordinately difficult 'cos I just can't react fast enough, say to dodge or change and cast a particular sign.
Is there a mod that slows down combat? I'm playing at second lowest difficulty mode, and I'd like to keep it there if I can.

There is definitely a mod that speeds up Geralt's animations (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/2031/?). And this mod (http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/1647/?) that would let you adjust damage done both by you and to you.

You can also try out Frenzy mod by BL19 which slows down time when ever Geralt get attacked.
