Merchant map bug?

In Blackbough I've come across the trader & blacksmith however there is another merchant icon (bag) on the minimap and main map. However at that exact location in the village there's only a cart.
I'm wondering whether this is a glitch or prehaps a merchant that will be unlocked in the future?

I'm in the middle of the Bloody Baron quest btw. Thanks.

Ah, that one... This merchant was also missing from my latest game (can't remember if I ever saw him there?). I just thought it as a bug, since I never payed that much attention to these "random" merchants. Or bumped into quest that would have required him to be there.
