I've seen some gameplay on yt and dunno what item is that

So I don't know what item is right above the eyeglasses, this colorful thing. I think I completed the blood and wine expansion in 100% but now I am not certain, so I just wanted to know, what is it because never have seen it before.

IIRC, it's a pie you can steal from a couple when doing the unicorn attraction thing It won't work to get the unicorn's attention though.
