When to buy and install the x-packs?

When to buy and install the x-packs?

I am L27 and just starting Act III. I have not bought the two expansion packs yet. Is there an advantage to doing that now, and if so, what advantages, or should I wait to finish the game before adding the two xpacks?

There offer some additions they can offer early in the game, but both of them can be added later on just as well.

HoS doesn't matter that much if you do it during the main game or after it. BAW is recommended to be played after completing the main story first.
