Side quest list with suggested levels

So I found that a lot of online quest guides/lists were lacking the game's suggested level, which made it hard to tell at what stage they'd be 'green'. So I compiled my own list.
It's missing a handful of levels but it should be reasonably exhaustive. It should be useful for people on their first play who want to seek out level-appropriate content, or for people who are doing a second run who want to try and map out the most efficient way to gain XP.
