Hearts of Stone missing items, can't go forward in the story

Hi everyone,
I finally downloaded a few days ago the expension Hearts of stone, but sadly I'm already stuck in the wedding quest with Vlodomir, where I can't play gwynt with the Halfelins (I actually don't see them, so can't interact with them) and most of all Shani is just unable to climb the ladder in the same questline, doing nothing but running like a robot towards the ladder..
I already had a bug with the ladder in Oxenfurt, wich I just couldn't use (found a trick for that problem).
Besides I've already had many graph problems, mainly missing textures..

PS2: I already tried to delete the extension and install it again, didn't changed anything

1.) What version you were running when you first started this playthrough?

2.) Can you run a verify / repair through Steam / GOG / Origin?
