funny but also annoying head bug?

So, I recently downloaded the game again and made a fresh start. As soon as the game began in the dream sequence in Kaer Morhen, I noticed this, And yes it constantly keeps occurring on and off during the dialogues. Is there a way to fix this or anyone knows what the problem is? If it helps, im have a GTX 960m and drivers are up to date.

Have you tried to verify/repair your game through GOG or Steam? (If the game was downloaded from there)
