can't use equipped potions

To explain a little, there are 4 slots for in-combat potions usage and I am only able to use 2 at first. Is there a way to make use of the other 2 aside from moving them over manually, which is kind of annoying?

Assuming you are playing with a controller? Because if you are playing on PC with a KB&M you simply hit the assigned keys.

I'm using an XBOX controller.

Hold D-Pad Up/Down and it will swap Potion A with Potion B. Or you need to manually assign keys to them for the keyboard.

(If you have ever used a control scheme mod, it can wreak havoc with this. Simply remove the mod, delete input.settings, then verify / repair your game and it should work correctly.)
