Weird smoke appearing

In my recent Witcher 3 playthroughs, I have noticed some weird smoke sometimes appearing around me, as seen in the image here: https://1drv.ms/i/s!AtTsgwMPO49mtjEOMbB3JG53TiWw When I ride or walk towards it, it disappears and appears again, but now further.

I play the game on Ultra settings on 1080p if that helps.

Is there any way to solve this? could it be a mod problem? I have these mods installed: Wiedzmin lightingmod V6, The Aard, No dirty lens effect, immersive cam and E3 Quen

Disable Wiedzmin Lighting and see if it still happens. You will get your answer.

I think it's just the normal ground fog that appears in places at dawn. It's possible the lighting mod may simply be making more apparent.

I think the lighting mod does make it appear more often, I tried it without WL mod and the smoke was still there, but it would appear less often. I think it is just part of the game and I can't really do anything about it :/ it would play a lot nicer without it.
