Guidelines for reporting PlayStation 4 issues

When posting on technical forums please:
  1. Post one issue at a time. It is much easier to reply to issues for everyone - other users, moderators and Reds - when one topic contains input regarding one issue.
  2. Information on the platform, form (disk or digital download), the context and frequency of the occurrence of the issue is required.
  3. On PS4 the following info is very helpful: CUSA code. You can find it on the side of the box. For digital you can find it in the folder path if you copy saves to a USB. If you don't have a USB just say which country the account you bought the game on is registered for.
If you feel you have encountered a bug in the game please report it via our support form using these guidelines.
