FCR mod, wont extract?

I downloaded the fcr mod version 1 and 1.1 and the fix. It opens in winrar, when i click the exe to run it I get a message

! C:\Users\Owner\Documents\Witcher 2\TW2_FCR.zip: No files to extract
! Cannot execute "C:\Users\Owner\AppData\Local\Temp\Rar$EXa0.723\TW2_FCR.exe"

I have no idea how to install this mod since there is no instructions anywhere. I tried moving it to C:/programs/steam/ blah blah blah/ cookedpc and the game folder etc. help plz.

I just use http://legroom.net/software/uniextract and don`t have any issues with it . It integrates with the windows explorer menu so no need for any complicated extra steps .
