Weather affecting gameplay

One area I wish was an in-game toggle or hopefully future mod is weather effects on survival and weather consequences - e.g. something like the superb Frostfall for Skyrim.

Here's hoping for something like that.

It's possible... there are even textures for freezing up, already. Hunger and thirst mechanics would also be neat.

there is even something like "stamina drop cold water effect" idk why they turn it off
