The newly impimented steam achivements, are they obtainable?

I saw that you had added some new anchivements, 1 involving Gwent. It seemed rather easy, so I did what was necessary to get it. Although I didn't receive it, is this intentional or is there yet another anchivement problem?

You can probably assume it'll work first when the expansion rolls out with an update binary.
