Havok Sold to Microsoft

Physics engine developer Havok, owned since 2007 by Intel, has been sold to Microsoft. Havok's physics engine is used in over 600 titles, from HL2 to Skyrim. Any ideas what Microsoft wants with it?

My knee-jerk guess would be HoloLens integration.

Yeah, this doesn't sound very good. I hope more resources will be poured in Bullet now. From what I saw, MS wants some kind of "cloud solution". I guess they are into streaming games where computation is offloaded to the server.
