Hearts of Stone - Limited Edition availability in North America - UPDATE
Dear North American gamers, as you might have heard, we prepared a special boxed edition of Hearts of Stone that was supposed to be sold in GameStop stores all over America.
However, it has come to our attention that, due to logistical problems, customers will be unable to obtain the physical edition of the game for several days after launch. We are working with GameStop to fix this situation as soon as possible and deeply apologize for the inconvenience.
You can still order the game through the online GameStop storefront at www.gamestop.com. Additional information about availability can be found on buy.thewitcher.com.
If you don’t want to wait, you can still order the game in digital format and purchase your cards separately on www.redeemgwent.com.Last edited by Marcin Momot; 15-10-2015 at 10:27 AM.

Thanks for the update, Marcin. Do you know whether "several days" means we will be able to get it before the end of the week?

Thank you very much for the update Marcin, its really unfortunate about the delay but I am glad you guys are working with Gamestop to ensure that the physical edition becomes available sooner or later in North America. While you are working to fix this please also make sure that the Limited Edition PC & PS4 is available for sale in Canada as well. Yes, I know the North America region also refers to Canada but I am concerned that it will be in short supply and won't be readily available for purchase at retailer shops in Canada as well.
Looking forward to an update regarding this sooner rather then later, I greatly appreciate CDPR releasing the gwent cards just for the fans and hopefully we will be able to get our hands on them as well.

Any idea if Gamestop will offer it on their website online? And I assume they're going to be the only retailer to carry it? Thanks in advance, Cant wait!

Did GameStop simply not list this on their site for pre-order? Or were they not to offer pre-orders and list them once they received them?

Kind of pointless ordering online with the redeem Gwent site when that will take longer. My current order says won't be shipped until the 24th

I can't help but feel a bit jerked around here. You guys tease this physical release in NA, and I've been to all my local retailers asking about this for weeks. Your official twitter keeps replying "soon" to us, then on release day you say this?
If I even go through with the redeemgwent site, it'll take 72 hours to process? Will I even be able to place an order before they are gone?

Wait a damn minute, I thought you guys said there was NO PHYSICAL disc edition of the game coming out?
Are you sure you want to solve this thread and mark this post as solution?
