Crashing while talking to bloody baron!

When I meet the baron and talk to him the first time he begins to tell me how Ciri came to him it transitions to a loading screen then immediately crashes ! Anyone else encountered this and is there a workaround?

Hey,

Try verifying integrity of game cache and then load game save file made before this crash occurred.
