Will Ciri be in game ? =)

Yeah, we allow tasteful nudes, male and female.

NOT porn or overt erotica though.

This one is on the line for erotica but hey, no reports and no complaints, NSFW tag, thematic...works for me.

Yeah, I’m sure everyone wants to see Ciri in the game with tits hanging out and all, but I still hope to ”god” that they leave that shit out, leave vague easter eggs as they are and don’t magicize the setting.

The best way to do it might be to leave it open to interpretation. I can almost see the endless debates over "was it really Ciri?". :)

A short investigative quest where you don't actually ever see her would be cool. Maybe one where she clashes with a local gang and you find a few of them cut to pieces in an alley. :p I don't want them to overdo it either, but I like the idea the more I dwell on it.

Yeahno.

Different world, different fiction, different property.

Yeah, not a big fan of the idea of a crossover myself.

It wouldn't kill my immersion if it was something obscure that I could easily ignore, like her sword having a 5% chance to appear in an alley somewhere (and never to be seen again in that playthrough) but I definitely don't want any involved quests. Especially because I'm a completionist, I'd feel obligated to do it anyway.

As for me, and sorry to sound like a jerk, but man, I sure hope not! I'm not saying an "Easter Egg" for the Witcher fans would be a bad thing, but if I wanted magic in my cyberpunk, I'd just play Shadowrun...A game I detest, by the way.

Man, imagine someone else got the Cyberpunk license to develop CP2077, some other "waifu harem owner" studio like Blizzard. Or even Disney Interactive (back when parent corporation didn't close them down). This thread would be 100+ pages longer and drown in waifu holywar.

Other developers do not own a license to the Witcher IP, so they could not put Ciri in the game at the very least. :)

Blizzard would not get the licence but they would change the -punk to something else and plagiarize Cyberpunk 2020 just enough to not be sued and make millions and then the Blizz Fanboys would replace Ciri with either an Overwatch character or one of their WoW Waifus and those waifu holy wars would commence.

Disney Interactive, I'd think would ignore Cyberpunk or they would water it down so badly that Philip K, Dick would rise from his grave to sue them for crapping all over Cyberpunk.

This sounds startlingly close to what would probably happen.

Surely, you mean The Witcher 22: Skellige Smugglers - Enhanced Edition.

Excuse me, please don't change your text color like that. It throws me off. Red or nothin'.

I'd be happy with a subtle reference to Ciri within the game, but I agree with some others - an appearance in Ciri would be a bit too much, imo.

No change: I've used green for years, just not over here very often.

side quest about Ciri past adventures in Night City. Subtle reference is not enough, appearance is to much, side quest is perfect.
