Cards of the Day

A wild idea to support creative deck building. Each day, a random silver or gold card will be selected from each faction as “special cards of the day”. When you play them in a game, you will get like 5 bonus material at the end of the game (good for 4 or 5 games per day). And to be fair, the special card will be available to all players that day.

The hopeful goal is to get players out of the comfort zone, and experiment and toy around with different decks.

One card doesn't make a deck and if that card is from a faction some players don't have other cards for, it doesn't help much.

Instead there could be special promotion weekends, where one faction is unlocked completely and then you can try all cards of that faction to experiment with.

Sounds like a cool idea (the faction weekends), but then maybe make it only available for casual play, not for rankeds.
