I think something like this could be cool. Just frames with small animations of glowing effects or sparking particles. The cost could be either real money or a lot of dust like 2,000 dust or something like that.

Looks interesting! I think this could be added to avatars and borders. Maybe like an simple animated avatar, like Geralt looking arround. And for the borders like a shiny effect with metal and maybe different colors for borders.
