Socia'tael - Wyvern Scale Shield - boost - a question

Just played against a Socia'tael deck which did boost its minions by ~27 power with the Wyvern Scale Shield. I cant see how a bronze or silver card in hand could have 27 base power. Can You please explain. It was quite frustrating.

It's probably strengthened Ocvist. Play Ocvist play Mandrake x2, mahajam horn, after ocvists ability triggered he goes back to hand with 27 base str.

Nope - to 2:0 the bugger, cause he was so smart with his BEARS.

what'd you do, let him die then Phoenix + [Aglais on opp Horn, Runestone or some other create]?... + Milva maybe?

Void_Singer He was killed, than ressed, than Runestoned into Horn. Oppo was obliterated afterwards.
