Kambi triggering tremors twice with ithlinne

If you use Ithlinne and use tremors then you will be able to trigger its effect twice despite kambi only having 1 strength, after that Hemdall appears and the earth elementals will be turned into lesser ones

It's not just Kambi, the same happens with Harpy Eggs. What's more, Tremors gives you two Earth Elements instead of one.

It's not a bug; maybe an unintended side effect. You could contact support and ask them about it.

It's not a bug. Ithlinne is 2 strength. First Tremors kill 1 STR unit and damage Ithline to 1 STR -> EE is spawned. Second Tremors kill 1 STR Ithlinne -> second EE is spawned.

Yes, however kambi was out on the field and he didn't die after the first tremor. I also remember it being 3 Golems instead of 2 but this can be tested, anyway Kambi triggering after the 2 tremors seems odd to me since Kambi is a 1 strength body.
