Error of Roach summon or wrong description

Hi,

I just played a match against the Turing Machine. It played "Royal Decree" and summoned "Triss Merigold". Nothing wrong with that per se, but then "Roach" also appeared on the battlefield.

So, "Royal Decree" states: Play a Gold card from your Deck.
Therefore assuming Triss came from the deck, Roach should not have appeared, right? Because "Roach" states: Whenever you play a Gold card from your Hand, play this Unit from your Deck on a random row before that card resolves.

Has anybody observed this? Because I cannot readily reproduce this situation before filing a bug report.

Roach showed up because Royal Decree is a Gold card. She isn't limited to Units.
