Game minimized

When starting game, it only apear as icon at taskbar. Can't open it and see anything. Just my desktop and sound from game. However, game is reacting on pressing 'ENTER' with sound(proceed to confirm from starting screen).
Trying to open it from right clicking on icon will give error bellow.

Used Verify/Repair option.
Reinstalled Gwent, GOG, Directx, Microsoft Visual.
Launched as administrator both Gwent and GOG.
Nothing changed. Still doesn't work.

Please try the following steps:

1. Remove all add-ons (GwentUp, Gwent Tracker).
2. Remove/disable all third party overlay applications (e.g. FRAPS, RivaTuner).
3. Be sure the game is not installed under Program Files or Program Files(x86).
4. Disable the Galaxy overlay (only for debugging; it should be enabled for buying kegs and inviting friends).
5. Disable your virus protection software / firewall.
6. Change your language and system's locale to English.
7. If this doesn't fix things, run a dxdiag with the 64-bit option selected and send the results to CDPR Support along with a brief description of the issue.

Hi Legeat, have you solved this? I have the same problem probably 2 days ago after I upgraded my Windows...
