First of all, please do not mention player names in a thread like this. It implies that (s)he cheating, while there is usually a logical explanation for this. The most likely reason is that the opponent used Dagon to spawn the 4th. Another less likely possibility is that (s)he used Johnny to take a bronze card.
Or resurrect a Special card or spawn a copy of a Special card. I can think of a few instances where this is possible.
