Gwent does not appear in library while redeeming keg and witcher 1

When I try to get the free keg and Witcher 1 copy, it says that I don't have Gwent in my library, which I do.
How do I fix this? Thanks in advance!

1) Go to: https://www.playgwent.com/en
2) Click on 'Play Free' and log in
3) Download the game
4) Install the game
5) Try again and check if Gwent appears in your library

Also, if you have multiple accounts (or more people using the same computer), make sure you are logged in with the correct account.
