Cards disappeared from the collection

Hi! Need help with my problem.

Did not play the game a couple of months. Yesterday returned, downloaded the game and saw that the collection lost a lot of cards, including a lot of gold and silver.

The problem is definitely not in the filers (i checked), and not in the wipe (I played a lot after wipe).

Someone faced a similar problem?

When did you last play the game?
Keep in mind that a few cards have been changed, so you might not necessarily see them where they used to be. For example Ice Giant went from silver to bronze.

This issue happened to me as well. I last played the game in season one of open beta around the time when Skellige was the strongest faction after Nilfgaard got nerfed. Something must have gone wonky when updating the game so long after skipping an entire season. I really hope this issue is resolved since I paid for 60 kegs with real money. I just sent a ticket, hopefully they respond soon.
