[BUG] Current Rank displayed in profile is incorrect.

Ranked bug

Hi,

I just faced a bug in a ranked match I launched this evening.
Before launching I was at 4117 ranking points. The following image is the proof from my tracker.

You can see that he has around 1k less points, which is really surprising..
I won the game fastly and then a "pro ladder" window in points reward just poped, even if I don't have the pro ladder available because I didn't reach the rank for it in the previous season.
After that I did not get any point as you can see on the following image.

I just don't understand what happened but this is clearly a bug.
I have all the needed informations about card played during the game.

Matches against much lower MMR are possible in ranked. Usually that means that the higher ranked player has a lot more to loose than to win. I'm not sure you necessarily get points in a match like that, but you can always let support know about that (here is the link: https://www.playgwent.com/en/contact-support ).

The thing with the pro ladder window seems strange though.

The pro ladder screen at the end of a match has happened to me one time before as well. It was Strange but it didn't affect any of my personal stats so I just Shrugged It Off. I am able to play pro ladder and regular ladder (of course) but my incident actually happened a few days before the pro ladder was out. The screen was only up for a few seconds and it never happened again; a visual glitch is what most likely accured.

Hi,

Today I logged into Gwent and randomly clicked on my profile and it displayed my highest rank as 19 (which is correct) but my current rank as 1 (which is incorrect). I obtained rank 19 this season so it should display rank 19 for both. Any help would be appreciated.

Good observation! There have been a few such instances in the past, so it's likely that this is what's happening for some players. If the correct points don't display after ~24 hours, feel free to send it into CDPR Support.
