Stuck in the loading screen

Since the May patch, my experience is that the game freezes up to 50% of the time (ie I need to restart the game for every other match).
I have played max 4 games in a row without freezing.

For the time being, I only play casual.

I reckon there is no need for another support ticket?

It won't hurt to send another ticket because, especially since it doesn't seem to be a problem for everyone. Maybe it can help them to figure out what's causing this.

Still continues and there is no solution i give up the game

guys i got a temporary solution after communication with cdr they suggest me to try with connection mobile hotspot and guess what? problem solved! never again had the same issue. try it and good luck

I got the same suggestion, and it worked fine for a while, but now I am back to frozen loading screen. Does not matter if I connect with cable, wifi or mobile hotspot.
The only way for me to play without freezing, is to restart after every finished game

This really drains the fun for me, so I will take a break for the time being.
