A huge little problem

I know I will probably get a no to this, but I must try either way.
I had a lot of scraps invested in my Monster decks. Even spent actual money. But, my younger cousin wanted to make an elf deck and milled all my Monster cards. All I have now is one bad elf deck.
Is there any way I can get a reset to the way the game was from scratch?

It might be possible to reset your account, but you'll probably lose all kegs/scraps/ore, except what you've bought with real money. Anyway, you'll have to contact support directly for this. Only they can tell with certainty what the possibilities are.
