Posted a support ticket over a week ago, no response

Title says it all really... where do I go to get help now? My issue affects a wallet purchase and kegs I paid for possibly disappearing.
 
Make sure you didn't get an answer. I once sent a support ticket and assumed it was unanswered because I didn't get any notification whatsoever. Did the support ticket on the support site really not change? Also there are different supports for different languages, make sure to check the correct one.
 
What kind of details can I provide that might be helpful?

I will submit another ticket all the same, but I figured I'd even have gotten a 'thanks we're looking into it' by now at least...
 
How do I check my ticket? I just posted a new support ticket, but don't see any way to follow up on it.

Also make sure to check SPAM folder, if you could also PM me with your email address would be great!
