Shani would be nice too. For me she is one of the most "likable" in the whole The Witcher game universe. However, she already had lots of screen time during HoS, therefore I personally wouldn't put her on the top of the list. But I would at least like to hear from her (for example that she survived the war or finally found her own love).

Graden and Tamara would also be a good choice for a Northern Kingdoms campaign.
