There is a timeline of the games here, it is based on information found on CDPR's official site and bits from the games themselves. However, there are some inconsistencies between the games. Regarding the time between TW2 and TW3, it is said to be about half a year in the latter, and that it is May 1272 when you arrive in Novigrad.
