Help with decisions about Triss, Sile, etc...and info about TW3 consequences

I made all side quests in Act 3, and now I want to focalize on the main. I choose the Iorveth path, but now I'm just confused on what to do in Act 3. I read so many things.
The best "good ending" choice, seems to be the freeing of Philippa ignoring Triss, and to use the dagger with Saskia.
But I've read that if you don't free Triss, then there is a massacre in Loc Muinne.
Without forget the decision to let Sile and Letho alive.

What is your suggestion about it?
What consequences I'll have in The Witcher 3?

As far as TW3 is concerned the only important choices are:
Keep Sile and Letho alive

For the rest, don't worry about TW3. There are good and bad results from ANY choice, so just do what YOU think is right.

But if you insist on input...
Save Triss. It's true about the massacre

This is so hard. I save Loc Muinne, but Saskia has good noble intentions, and probable is a larger scale save than Loc Muinne.

EDIT: I was wrong. I mistook Seila with Philippa :D
