[WIP/RELEASE] Boat Speed Mod

This is a small, kinda hacky, mod that fell out of a bigger project. it adds some sliders to adjust the boat speed.

TODO
- find and access the actual variables in the files instead of hacks (unlikely)
- tweak the acceleration and deceleration of the modded speed (coming soon)

It would also be helpful if adjusting the speed wouldn't cause the boat with Geralt in it to go through ALL the terrain, water-based, land-based, underground-based, etc.

MonarchX hmm, that’s odd. Does that happen to you with vanilla values as well? (If you click on the vanilla preset in the mod menu)
