Hyadum You need to see Original STLM 3.1 and this mod to see what it fix, in words it fix too much bloom caused from torch...

I still get that weird smog after using changeweather(WT_Clear) command :/

Torch light is looking a lot better but I still think it is slightly over-exposed. The bloom is fixed though, great job on that Mishikedman!
Belive me much is change in STLM i can make it closer to Vanilla but to me it look better like this with STLM
linaswas_001 where are you getting that smoke/smog in Velen? What time of the day? I'd like to check if I have it too.

In about 30 min or hour i will have new version with fix for torch when activated env novigrad dark clouds heavy rain color... It looks brighter because some strange tweaks done in stlm 3.1 i am going for even more dimmer or same look that you have in regular weather...

Is it possible to make light color of torch more similar as actual torch color. because torch looks red but light is yellow. But really good tweak.
