Have to work abit on the weights to adjust his facial expression to resemble more the 2014 version, fix the jaw mesh slightly, also have to work on the beard mesh for all length to fit it properly
and have to create a better texture (normalmap / ambient aswell) for his face to make sure it looks good most of the time.

After this is all done im gonna start to work on Yenn & Triss

 
Sounds great! Adjusting the weights and normal maps can be tedious. I know what I'm saying, still fixing some weight issues with my werewolf mod and adjusting the textures and model. So take you time :) I'm looking forward to it. So far it looks very good. I mean, you know what to do, we theoretically delivered a good comparison and checklist ^^
 
GregorWladacz Yea, gonna take time. Adjusting weights can change so much or destroy everything :) Btw good job on the werewolf model really like it so far
maybe someone talented can make the morph work (no offence- aint easy to do so).

Made some progress on the mesh and beard stage 2- gonna share later a gif or something
 
rokenz very nice and thank you :) Say, what do you use for normal mapping? I tried pant.net and the nvidia tool for photoshop, but ps will f*** everything up nd paint.net is too flat. Any ideas?

Im using blender, im editing the mesh itself thats why i wanna have a complete new one.
 
I think -The_Crasher- successfully used http://www.crazybump.com/ (CrazyBump) for editing normal maps. Hope this helps. Good luck guys. The jaw seems a bit TOO wide but the eyes / look seems accurate.

Another good angle for the jaw / chin and look.

 
Well invested some time to get a clear comparison in motion for you all. Still not yet happy with the new texture, gotta spend some time after im done with the mesh. All were captured with the same save (same time of day ect)

I think he means that his modded face looks a bit more rounded than vanilla one. Well in 2014 Geralt's did look a bit tubby. So I think that's a compliment really to the mod.

P.S. Anyway it's WIP still.
