A character quote I can empathize with

"I am very tired and fuck it all."

The first person to tell me who I am quoting gets a redpoint. (So that it doesn't feel pointless. Hah!)

As far as I can tell, that exact quote is not said in Witcher 3, but Geralt may have similar lines?

Hm, maybe that was too difficult. Probably because it's a quote of something written that you might miss if you don't check out Regis' temporary home thoroughly.

I did not consider the possibility that it is in fact a quote from a letter, rather than dialogue. So, my first post is even an unintentional hint - the quote is really never said in the game.

If we want to get super-accurate, it was said, but not spoken. AFAIU saying is the act of communicating something, written or spoken. ;-)
