how talent multipliers work?

Hi everyone

I have a question regarding how multipliers are applied by skills. For instance:

Question1
Say you enable a talent (Hunter instinct) that will increase critical hit by 20% when your adrenaline points are at max.
Then you enable another skill that when activated will raise critical hit by 100%.
Does this means when both talent are enabled will raise you critical hit 120%?

Question2
You enable skill A (euphoria if not mistaken) that each toxicity point raises your fast attacks by 0.75% at maximum up to 120%.
Then you have another skill B that will raise your fast attacks by 100%
Does one skill get capped by the other? Meaning, if the skill B gets activated and raises your fast attacks by 100%, when skill A activates, will it only raise to plus 20% because previous skill already raised fast attacks to 100% (thus totaling 120%)? Or will it raise to 120% totaling with the other skill to a max of 220%

Question3
Are there any Caps ?

Mark X as a primary value of ability.
You add a skill that increases the power by 20%: X+0,2X=1,2X
Then you add a skill which increases by 100%: 1,2X+1,2X=2,4X
which means that final result is a primary value multiplied by 2,4. The same with euphoria I guess
