Capture the Castle

Does doing this quest cause other quests (secondary, treasure hunts, contracts) to fail/become unobtainable? I received a warning to make a save as I was riding to DLC's mill to start the quest.
I'm aware that the main quest branches here.

I know that "The Warble of a Smitten Knight" will fail if you haven't completed it prior to "Capture the Castle".
Other than that everything should still be available post-CtC as far as I know.
