Blood and Wine and "Skellige's Most Wanted"

I have heard that certain decisions about killing or not certain beasts in Blood and Wine has a throwback in the secondary quest "Skellige's Most Wanted", if you complete the latter after Blood and Wine.
More specifically, you'd have more options to prove that Geralt is also protecting monsters (like the Shaelmaar from the first B&W main quest or the Silver Basilisk).

Alas, I don't have a suitable save to replay this combination, so I wanted to ask if there's anything true about it: I've read on another page that it's not possible btw.

As far as I can tell, the dialogues in Skellige's Most Wanted DLC do not react to anything from Blood and Wine. A choice where Geralt says that he helped monsters on many occasions does exist, but it seems to depend on conditions from the main game only.

Well as the guy above said only decisions from the main game affect that quest. But for the Blood and Wine you get choices to spare some monsters and that is only helpful if you do the "There is only one".
