Characters Texture Bug

The same problem exists in all characters. I have not found a solution to this problem. Is there anyone who can help?

Id look at the your user.settings file, located in your documents/Witcher 3 folder by default.

Find MeshLODDistanceScale= and set it 10.

Nobody knows the exact solution? I tried everything except formatting windows.

0.) Are you using any mods, or have you ever used any?

1.) Please explain any tweaks you have made to the game's config files if you've made any.

2.) Delete everything in your ...Documents\The Witcher 3... directory (EXCEPT the gamesaves folder -- KEEP that). Run a verify / repair through Steam / GOG / Origin.

3.) Please, be specific when posting tech support issues. It's always a good idea to include your system specs, Windows version, whether you're running Steam, GOG, or Origin, etc. As it stands, I'm assuming that you are referring to "blurry" textures on Geralt skin...everything else looks good to me.
